Surfboard by Hayden Shapes

The Untitled surfboard is characterized by a medium entry rocker, a flat center, and significant tail rocker. It features a deep single concave transitioning into a double concave through the fins, and a 'V' behind the center fin for lift and easy rail-to-rail transitions. The deep concave is designed to generate speed quickly in smaller waves and allow planing on the rails in larger waves. Flyers and pronounced tail rocker contribute to a fast and lively performance across various conditions, confirming the designer's claims.

• Easy to paddle into waves and around the line up
• Picks up speed very quickly
• Turns with control and ease
• Can be used to perform airs
• Go to board when user cannot decide what to ride
• Full rails make it forgiving for the average surfer
• Good amount of tail rocker and pulled in nose for seasoned surfers
• Suits wave heights from 2ft up to around 6ft (Hayden Shapes suggests 3-8ft)
• Medium entry rocker
• Fairly flat center
• A lot of tail rocker
• Concave is deep single that moves into a double concave through the fins with a 'V' behind the center fin
• Concave gives lots of lift and allows it to go on rail with ease
• Deep single concave helps the board get speed quickly in smaller waves or plane along the rails in • largewaves
• Flyers create a place to release water
• Pronounced tail rocker makes for a fast and lively board in most conditions
• Does everything Hayden claims it to do

FutureFlex

Designed and patented by Haydenshapes founder Hayden Cox, FutureFlex is an affluent mix of modern custom designed materials and modern design innovation for high performance surfing. The construction combines a stringer-less, high-density custom shaped EPS core laminated with biaxial fiberglass, epoxy resin and a parabolic carbon fiber frame.

Tom Carroll, who was the very first person, after Hayden, to test drive the first ever FutureFlex, describes the tech as “the Ferrari of surfboards” for it’s fast-twitch nature and lively response. The FutureFlex construction creates a fast, dynamic and highly responsive surfboard that’s been design engineered for performance surfing ranging from the intermediate to advanced level.
