Surfboard by Tolhurst

The HIBT 3+3 is a completely new surfboard design, the first full collaboration between Billy Tolhurst and Harley Ingleby, developed with extensive R&D. Its key feature is the 3+3 fin system, which allows it to be ridden as a quad, twin, or asymmetrical setup, essentially creating three boards in one. The board is fast, loose, and versatile for a wide range of surfers, with a neutral bottom contour allowing comfortable use even if over-volumed. Shorter sizes (5'10, 6'0, 6'2) function as performance shortboards, while longer sizes (6'6, 6'10, 7'2) offer more flow and paddle power.

• Plan Shape - Full nose, clean outline, and a sting-style flyer into a deep fish tail for control.
• Flyer/Sting - Helps the board release and pivot easily - especially as a quad.
• Bottom Contour - Flat entry with Billy’s signature rail relief and double concave underfoot.

Billy Tolhurst | Harley Ingleby

Tolhurst x HI

Harley Ingleby was born in Coffs Harbour in 1983, Harley Ingleby started surfing as soon as he could walk. His surf-mad father Mark encouraged Harley from the beginning, and also happened to have one of Australia’s more interesting surfboard collections, a collection that wasn’t just for looking at. Harley was encouraged to try all kinds of weird and wonderful surf-craft, and by the time he reached his teens, he could ride anything from a 5-foot fish to a 10-foot log.
Ingleby won the Australian longboard titles in 2005 and 2007.
In 2014, he claimed his second WSL World Longboard Championship title with a win at the GoPro World Longboard Championships in Hainan, China, and a second-place finish at the Australian Longboard Surfing Open.
