Each order is picked, packed & shipped by our online team in Gerringong NSW.

Standard Sized Items (Clothing, Fins etc)
Standard sized items are usually shipped within 24 hours on weekdays.
Orders placed before 8am are generally shipped same day.

Bulky Items (Surfboards etc)
Bulky items may take 1-3 business days to fulfil.
Each surfboard is packed by our team with mix of cardboard, bubblewrap, closed cell foam & more.
We guarantee your surfboard delivery with credit, refund, replacement, repair*. Just get in touch within 24 hours of delivery.
Bulky items may not be covered by free shipping, this will calculate at check out automatically. The price is calculated on location and size of surfboard or item.
