With the Coronavirus pandemic continuing to unfold and affect our communities, we have had to adapt our business to the various restrictions in place to keep our community safe. Our warehouse and physical store are still open and operating the usual business hours, with strict hygiene and social distancing guidelines in place to keep our staff and customers safe.
We are still shipping all orders on time, and have expanded our courier options to ensure your parcel gets to you in a timely manner. Due to restrictions with our various shipping companies (Fastway, Australia Post and Startrack), we are endeavouring to send as many items with Australia Post as possible, as delays and sorting facility closures affect our other shipping options.
When ordering online, please be aware there are delays across the nation with deliveries. Australia Post are forecasting delays (including express services), for more information on how Australia Post are operating and adapting to accomodate the increased reliance and volume on their postal service, click here.
Fastway (Aramex), are also experiencing delays on all parcels, as a result of sorting facilities closing in states with border closures and Stage 4 restrictions. For more information on how Fastway are operating and affected, please click here.
Please be mindful of these delays when placing orders, as we continue to ship on time and fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee normal delivery times in these unprecedented times.

The international nature of the pandemic has resulted in stock delays, as overseas manufacturing and shipping is impacted in various countries and regions.
