STANDARD SIZE ITEMS (See below for Boards & Swimwear)
We accept exhanges up to 60 days from date of purchase for both full price and sale items!

We process refunds for full price items only within 60 days from date of purchase in the following instances:

If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with, simply return your item with;
- Proof of purchase, (a copy of your Invoice),
- In the same condition as you received it,
- Within 60 days
And we will happily exchange or refund full priced items, or exchange discounted items*.
We are also happy to ship your exchange back to you for free, but you are responsible for cost of freight back to back to us.
*Refunds not available for sale or promotional items.

For peace of mind, we highly recommend you return the goods by insured, registered post as Natural Necessity Surf is not liable for any lost or damaged returns parcels.

SWIMWEAR
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces! We only ask that the following requirements are met:

1. The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.
2. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
3. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost. 

BULKY ITEMS (Surfboards, Paddle boards etc)
Natural Necessity Surf Shop will happily exchange or refund surfboards in the following instances:

a) : within 60 days from invoice date,
b) : if you return the board with the proof of purchase, (ie. a copy of the Invoice / Return Form, enclosed when you received your goods or via email originally)
c) : with the surfboard in the same condition as it was when you received it.
d) : with the board sent back in the wrapping & box it was sent to you in, with any fins enclosed,
e) : and returned to Address for Returns:

f) : the customer must pay the freight.

Surfboards may be difficult to ship, so please contact us for help.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS
For Discounted Items, Refunds are not available, but you can exchange if:
You pay freight both ways & Return Conditions ‘a’ to ‘f’ above are complied with.

Natural Necessity Surf Shop does not cover shipping costs back to us, or the cost of freight back to you, when you send back or exchange a board. Depending where you are, freight may cost $50 each way. Natural Necessity Surf Shop is not liable for any lost or damaged returned surfboards.

Faulty or damaged Items
For standard size items please follow the steps above for a regular return. For bulky items (surfboards) we recommend contacting us first via the contact page, so we can assess the problem. If the item is indeed damaged or faulty we will of course cover shipping costs back to our address.
